Baguio City: Dine in at Te Quiero Tapas Bar and Restaurant

Complete kitchen crew and staff of Te Quiero

Baguio city seems to have an endless number of gastronomic magic off of her sleeves and it is becoming my favorite “food trip” destination because of the wide range of good and unique restaurants in the city and fortunately we were invited to one. Just last weekend we were treated to experience a slice of Spanish cuisine in the city of Pines at Te Quiero Tapas Bar and Restaurant.

Great Location, just few steps away from the bus terminal

Awesome Ambiance

Great Interiors

Located at the heart of the city, just in between Microtel Inn Baguio and Victory Bus Liner Terminal, Te Quiero promises a satisfying meal, may it be for lunch or dinner, to guests at the hotel, passengers, foodies and alike. As you enter the vicinity of the restaurant, you‘ll be greeted by the nice interiors of the place, attentive staff and a great view of the city.

Te Quiero Parade of Spanish Dishes

We started the meal with some of the restaurant's best sellers, like the Caldereta, Grilled Pork chops, Callos, and Gamba. Good thing our Pinoy taste buds are no stranger to these dishes and we started digging in and finished the food with a happy tummy. My personal favorite was the Caldereta, the meat was tender and the cheese added a salty bite on to it.

Caldereta

Gambas

Grilled Pork Chop

Baby Potatoes (forgot the name of the dish)

La Sagna

Although we didn’t ask for some wine, the restaurant also boasts their wide selection of red and white wines that goes well with their dishes. They also have pastas, like the lasagna that we enjoyed the following night. For desserts, you can go for some fruit sampler or the one that I had that night, chocolate mousse to cap the great dinner.

Experience true Spanish cuisine only here at Te Quiero Tapas Bar and Restaurant, Baguio City located beside Microtel Inn Baguio facing the Victory Bus Liner station. Much thanks to the Te Quiero staff for a wonderful meal every time we dine in.
